Yussuf Akinola Oyebanjo
Yussuf is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Group, where he provides dispute resolution services to clients on matters relating to general contract, corporate litigation, debt recovery and insolvency practice, labour and employment law.
Yussuf is an astute legal professional who has carved a niche for himself in corporate litigation, general contract, labour and employment law.
He is involved in high profile arbitration and litigation matters and has garnered extensive legal experience representing and advising clients in a wide range of commercial transaction and employment disputes including disputes relating share acquisition and disposal, appointment and removal of directors of a public company, enforcement of training/service bonds, termination of employment, and employees’ compensation for injuries sustained at workplace.
He has represented clients at various State High Courts, the Federal High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court. He has also authored various articles and newsletters.
