Temilade is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Corporate Commercial Groups. She is an integral member of both the Labour and Employment team and the Company Secretarial team. Temilade provides comprehensive legal counsel to clients, encompassing areas such as labour and employment law, commercial litigation, debt recovery, and oil and gas. Her expertise spans across various legal domains.
Temilade actively monitors developments in the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission and the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission. This allows her to stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure that clients’ daily business operations align with compliance requirements. Her keen attention to these regulatory bodies greatly contributes to addressing the compliance needs of our esteemed clients.
