Temilade Adepate

Adepate Temilade Oluwaseun is an Associate at the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Group, where she plays an integral role in resolving complex legal matters. With a strong background in labour and employment law, Temilade has developed expertise in advising clients on workplace disputes, employee/employer rights, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. She is also well-versed in debt recovery, as she helps clients in navigating the legal processes associated with recovering outstanding debts efficiently and effectively. In addition to her specialization in dispute resolution, Temilade has significant experience in corporate litigation, where she represents businesses in resolving various legal challenges that arise in the course of their operations. Her practice also extends to other related areas, including contractual disputes and commercial arbitration, making her a versatile legal professional capable of handling a wide array of contentious matters. 

Temilade is committed to providing high-quality legal advice, strategic approach to conflict resolution, and understanding clients’ unique needs. Her analytical skills, combined with her in-depth knowledge of the law, enable her to deliver tailored legal solutions that safeguard her clients’ interests and ensure effective outcomes. Temilade is also a chartered company secretary and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.  

Temilade is an astute writer who has shown a passion for writing on legal issues and developments. She has authored and co-authored articles on intellectual property, employment law, class actions, enforcement of judgments etc.  

As a member of the firm’s dispute resolution group, Temilade keeps abreast with developments and trends in specific sectors and industries as well as regulators in charge of these sectors and industries. This enables her to stay informed of industry changes and developments that may affect clients and the society at large.
