Priscilla is an Associate Trainee in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Corporate Commercial Group. She has worked on notable transactions within the Dispute resolution and corporate teams, and excels in providing legal advisory services encompassing Labour Law, Energy Law, and diverse corporate matters. She also stays actively engaged in monitoring developments within the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, and the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission. This enables her to provide timely and insightful advisory services to the firm’s clients, ensuring they stay informed and protected amidst evolving regulatory landscapes.
