Paschal Ukah is a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Group. He is a passionate and ardent litigator. As a disputes lawyer, he has acted for various international and national clients across various sectors and areas of practice including energy law, labour law, tax law, company law, intellectual property law, administrative law, real estate criminal law.
As a prolific writer, Paschal has authored and co-authored several impactful articles in the dispute resolution space which have been published internationally. Leveraging on his adeptness of laws and judicial precedents, he provides creative, nimble, and insightful solutions to his clients and has represented numerous clients at various courts of record. He is a result driven professional with years of experience, competence and vast expertise in litigation, legal writing, drafting, and research. Experienced in overseeing high-level operations, Paschal is interested in the intersection of Disputes and the Energy Sector.
Paschal also enjoys providing commentaries on policy-making decisions of the Apex court and the Court of Appeal, while keeping himself abreast of recent trends and developments in the disputes space.
