Osaretin Kevin-Sadhere is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate Commercial and Energy and Natural Resources Group. She is a distinguished Energy and Corporate Lawyer. As an Energy Lawyer, she has advised various international and national clients across the oil and gas industry and aside client advisory, she has been instrumental in policy development within the sector in the country. As a trained and certified Chartered Trademark Attorney, Osaretin has a kin interest for Intellectual Property Management, specifically Entertainment Law.
As a prolific writer, Osaretin has authored and co-authored several impactful articles on oil & gas, Data Protection, Arbitration and Intellectual property, which have been published internationally. As a thought leader, Osaretin has been awarded Mondaq Autumn 2024 thought leadership award on media, Telecoms, IT and Entertainment.
As an Energy lawyer, she stays actively engaged in monitoring developments within the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulation Commission and the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority which enables her to provide timely and insightful advisory services to the firm’s clients, ensuring they stay informed and protected amidst evolving regulatory landscapes.
