Ibukun Konu

Ibukun is an Of Counsel in the Firm’s Energy and Natural Resources Group. Prior to his joining the Firm as Of Counsel, Ibukun was the Head of Legal and General Counsel for major power and energy companies where he advised both local and foreign clients on complex legal issues in both sectors.
As external and in-house counsel Ibukun has a unique perspective in understanding the client’s requirements and providing solutions based on his keen commercial sense and wide-ranging experience. He is well versed in Commercial law, Power, Corporate and Project Finance, Oil & Gas, Capital Markets, Infrastructure Development and Litigation.
