Ibinabo Philemon is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Energy & Natural Resources practice groups. She advises clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial strategy, and provides end‑to‑end transaction support. Her practice spans oil & gas and broader corporate advisory matters, including employment & labour, taxation, real estate, and succession issues.
She is skilled in detailed legal research and in drafting and reviewing key corporate documentation, with a meticulous approach to company secretarial deliverables and due diligence exercises.
