Ibinabo Philemon is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial and Energy & Natural Resources Practice Groups. She graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Birmingham, earned a Distinction in her LPC MSc at the University of Law, Leeds, and obtained a First Class in her Bar finals at the Nigerian Law School. Her dual training in the UK and Nigerian systems enables her to work confidently across jurisdictions and to support international clients with clarity, responsiveness, and cross-border awareness.
Her practice spans a spectrum of oil & gas, employment & labour, taxation, infrastructure, real estate and succession matters, where she brings comprehensive legal counselling, technical insight, and practical implementation to every engagement.
