Gafar is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group. His keen passion for Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation has allowed him to work on notable transactions that include Real Estate and Succession, Taxation, Trade and Investment, Islamic Finance, International Commercial Arbitration, Fintech, Intellectual Property, Oil and Gas and Renewable Energy,Telecommunication, Meida and Technology projects, Data protection, Labour and Employment Disputes, etc.
Gafar’s research and analytical skills makes him standout in drafting of court processes, courtroom advocacy and legal opinions. He is passionate about law as a tool for social engineering. This has allowed him to carry out notable research in Recovery of Premises and Land Disputes, Patent and Pharmaceutical, International Arbitration and Other Alternative Dispute Resolution, Use of Conciliation Mechanism in International Commercial Dispute Settlement, Tokenization and Metaverse, Employment and Humanitarian Immigration, and so on.
