Cynthia is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Corporate Commercial Practice Group, where she provides expert legal counsel to a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations and indigenous enterprises. With a strong focus on corporate and commercial law, Cynthia offers advisory services to clients on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property, and data protection, assisting them in navigating complex and ever-evolving legal frameworks. 

Her practice includes representing clients in various courts of record, where she effectively handles disputes and ensures that our clients’ interests are well protected. In addition to her legal expertise, Cynthia also provides company secretarial services to both multinational and local companies, helping them maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. 

Cynthia possesses a great passion for Corporate Governance, Data Protection, Intellectual Property, Competition Law, and Sports Law. Her multifaceted interest in these areas allows her to provide tailored solutions to businesses, ensuring they remain compliant while strategically positioning themselves for success in an increasingly competitive global market.
