Charles Anorondu is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Energy and Natural Resources Group. With a strong foundation in both dispute resolution and the intricacies of energy law, Charles provides clients with comprehensive, strategic legal counsel on a broad range of matters, particularly those related to high-stakes disputes, regulatory compliance, and the evolving energy landscape.
As a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice group, Charles specializes in resolving complex commercial disputes for clients across a variety of industries. Charles has represented clients in a wide range of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, copyright infringement, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and shareholder disputes.
In the Energy and Natural Resources practice group, Charles assists clients with a broad range of legal challenges in the energy sector, from regulatory compliance to commercial transactions and dispute resolution. He possesses in-depth knowledge of both traditional energy industries, such as oil and gas, power and emerging sectors like renewable energy.
