His practice focuses on high-value and technically complex disputes arising from commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, employment and corporate disputes, insurance claims, taxation, and enforcement of judgments, with notable experience handling sector-specific disputes in the aviation, oil and gas, intellectual property, and other regulated industries.
Benjamin has substantial experience conducting litigation from inception through trial and appeal, including pre-action advisory, commencement of actions, interlocutory applications, substantive hearings, and appellate advocacy.
