Ayomide Adeleke
Ayomide Adeleke is a lawyer with an interest in litigation and dispute resolution. Her experience spans corporate governance, commercial transactions, energy and finance, and regulatory compliance.
Her litigation work includes drafting court processes, pleadings and written addresses; conducting case law and statutory research; managing court filings; and maintaining case dockets. She also conducts legal research and due diligence, reviews and commercialises corporate and commercial agreements, advises on statutory and regulatory requirements, and supports transaction structuring and risk assessment.
Ayomide has analysed oil and gas regulatory frameworks and concession agreements. She has also supported legislative reform initiatives involving Lagos State government agencies.
