Akinola is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group of the firm. With years of practical legal experience, he has honed his skills in civil litigation and arbitration matters. His extensive knowledge and experience have made him a reliable advocate for clients who seek his services, and he has made legal representations in superior courts across Nigeria in complex civil litigations including commercial cross-border litigation, shareholders’ disputes, aviation, debt recovery/insolvency matters, labour/employment actions and tax disputes.
