Her practice spans oil & gas and broader corporate advisory matters, including employment & labour, taxation, real estate, and succession issues.
She is skilled in detailed legal research and in drafting and reviewing key corporate documentation, with a meticulous approach to company secretarial deliverables and due diligence exercises.
